The new body of work focuses on the theme of a fairy tale with flowers, animals, and framing. Jen will be giving a lecture on her artwork and student critiques.
Opening: September 21st
Jen has been represented by Koelsch Gallery since 2011. This new piece is centered on the idea of forgotten memories. It is a large necklace sculpture (5’ x 3’) made of glass, enamel photography, and 3D metals.
The Uncommon Apron

Exhibition dates: August 31st - November 3rd
Based on domestic ideas of what a woman is expected to wear and do in the household: aprons, irons, spools of thread, etc. The group show will also have a catalogue produced.
Screenprinting on Glass
Toledo Museum of Art
Dates: August 12th - 16th, 9am - 5pm
Students will learn all of the parts of the process from coating a screen to the final print to firing schedules. At the end of the course, each student will take home a series of pieces from tests to a final project that incorporates both powders and enamels. Jen will also provide information on how students can build their own screen print shop.
